Went off with a bang - well several actually!
Even the oldies enjoyed fun with the sparklers.
CHURCH WEEKEND
This healing weekend attracted a lot of attention as we met together in a marquee in the centre of the village.
Friend attended from as far afield as Devon and Cardiff.
Mike Davies led us in prayer and many people responded positively to his encouraging words.
VISIT OF COTN CONNECTIONS, CARDIFF
For our July Celebration, we were delighted to have COTN Connections, Cardiff visit us for the day.
We were truly blessed with their generosity of spirit.
Their desire in visiting was to bless us and they certainly succeeded.
Despite the rain 3 carloads of folks arrived laden with food for lunch and the insistence that we did nothing!!
We enjoyed a time of fellowship together with a challenging word from Matt Parsons. We are grateful for their encouragement and the blessing they brought.
CLOSER, DEEPER, HIGHER LADIES CONFERENCE
Also in June three ladies from the church attended this conference in Sidmouth.
The guest speaker was Susie Brock from USA, whose ministry was inspiring.
The ladies had a great weekend, good company, delicious food, loads of laughs, shopping; and a paddle in the sea rounded off a wonderful weekend together.
BARRACK OKIRO FROM KENYA
Barrack is a Kenyan Bishop overseeing churches in Kenya, Uganda & Rwanda. He is passionate about telling people about Jesus and believes particularly in God's power to heal today. In our June celebration, we enjoyed the time he spent with us and were grateful for his ministry.
